Finance and Operations
Greetings from the Finance and Operations Department! We provide responsible fiscal management and operational management to support staff success, student achievement, and encourage community support.
The Finance and Operations Department is responsible for the management of all auxiliary departments, which include the Business Office, Maintenance Department, Transportation Department, Food Service (Quest Food Service) and Technology Department (Dyopath). These services include:
- Accounting (accounts payable);
- Employee reimbursements;
- Payroll and benefits;
- Annual audits and financial reporting to the Illinois State Board of Education;
- Budgeting and tax levy;
- Financial forecasting;
- School fees and fee waivers;
- Buildings and grounds;
- Construction and bids;
- Rental of buildings;
- Food services (including Free & Reduced Lunch)
- Transportation; and
The department works closely with other areas within the district and by working together, we are able to support the district's goals and strategic plan as the District moves forward.
