Fremont School District 79 confirmed the graduation of 266 eighth-grade students during a ceremony at Adlai Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire Monday evening.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Student Council president Ellen Wang while Fremont Middle School principal Krista Winkelman provided the welcome remarks. The student address which was entitled "Our Journey Forward" was made by Rafaella Muchnik while the Presentation of the Class of 2019 was made by Superintendent of Schools Dr. Bill Robertson.

Diplomas were awarded by the Fremont School District 79 Board of Education.
